We are recruiting an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) — 100% Remote AI Benchmark Specialist earning $50 - $100/hour to collaborate on domain-specific LLM post-training. You will serve as the final authority on technical accuracy, clinical rigor, and ethical soundness in complex model outputs.

Clinical & Technical Focus Areas

• Diagnose revenue data problems — duplicates, broken lifecycle states, inconsistent metric definitions — and explain how you’d find the root cause and prevent recurrence.
• Flag ambiguous or underspecified scenarios instead of resolving them silently.
• 4+ years hands-on in SaaS revenue, sales, CS, or implementation operations — not adjacent or management-only exposure.
• Work through realistic revenue operations scenarios — CRM data models, process design, configuration tradeoffs — and explain the reasoning behind each choice.
• Resolve conflicts between operational policies: which rule takes precedence, why, and what you would deliberately leave unchanged.
• Design workflows that hold up under compliance constraints like approvals, access controls, and audit requirements.

• Able to explain your reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
