Work 100% remotely as a Public Equities & Corporate Earnings Research Analyst (Remote US & Global Contract) with RemoteJob USA Staffing, earning $175 - $300/hour. You will design challenging domain prompts, grade complex model outputs, and refine reasoning trajectories using your background in equity research, financial modeling, earnings analysis, peer benchmarking.

Position Responsibilities

• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review, assess, and contribute to datasets modeling real-world equity research analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, perform estimate revisions, and synthesize peer benchmarking insights for AI training purposes.
• Deliver detailed written evaluations of company models, including revenue, margin, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Produce high-quality, concise written research summaries and event-driven updates based on deep sector expertise.
• Develop and articulate investment theses, connecting qualitative and quantitative factors to actionable perspectives.

Required Competencies

• Core Competencies: equity research, financial modeling, earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, sector expertise, investment thesis development, written communication, verbal communication, data analysis, valuation analysis
• Extensive experience as a sell-side Research Associate with direct ownership of company models and written research, or as a publishing/lead Research Analyst (titles may include VP or Director).
• Track record of independently covering multiple companies through several earnings cycles and maintaining comprehensive models.
• Proven ability to connect business drivers to financial outcomes and valuation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banks, insurance, biotech), with the ability to provide deep, specialist insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly.
• History of performing granular earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research updates.

Earnings & Remote Work Details

• Compensation Rate: $175 - $300/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
