You will design challenging domain prompts, grade complex model outputs, and refine reasoning trajectories using your background in clinical annotation, medical record review, evidence-based medicine, clinical judgment.

Position Responsibilities

• Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Apply clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate and enrich datasets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
• Provide high-quality feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve project workflows and model understanding.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in clinical annotation, medical record review, evidence-based medicine, clinical judgment, written communication, verbal communication.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Required Competencies

• Active MD degree and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine.
• Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
• Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings (e.g., clinics, community practices, health systems).
• Broad clinical exposure across common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
• Previous annotation or clinical review experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to clarity and detail.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $120/hour
